I love Sundays. We usually go to church and then spend time together as a family. Now that the weather is nice, we love to be outside. This look was perfect to transition from a church service to an afternoon in the park playing t-ball and soccer (hence my very wrinkly dress...probably should have taken pics prior to playing sports with my two year old). Another reason I love this dress is that it is easy to nurse in. With a breastfeeding baby, its hard to find cute dresses with easy access to the "groceries" so I was very thankful to find this dress and a few others from Gap that are perfect for my current needs. The gladiators are so fun. Very comfy and are easily dressed up or down. They look like a Stuart Weitzman pair but are a LOT cheaper, yay! The bracelet is another great transition piece with its edgy spikes and ladylike pearls.
Now I'm going to take a moment to talk about my lovelies; Judah is holding a pinecone in the fourth pic. For some reason he is currently fascinated by pinecones and rocks. He also discovered a ladybug for the first time and was all about Daddy pulling him around in his wagon. This was one of my first "outings" after Aya was born and it was wonderful taking turns with the hubby snuggling her on the picnic blanket and playing with Judah. All-in-all it was a great first Sunday post bed rest and the perfect outfit for the day.
