In My City

Sweater: Vince via T. J. Maxx | Shirt, Pants, Hat: J. Crew | Sunglasses: Kate Spade (no longer available) | Flats: Tory Burch via Nordstrom | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Necklace: Stella & Dot | Watch: Michael Kors

This look was from a couple of weeks ago. My car was in the shop so I spent the day with the hubby. We grabbed coffee at one of my favorite spots, Corvus Coffee (the mochas are where it's at, just fyi). Then we went downtown where he works and snapped some fun pics of our beautiful downtown Denver.
In case you haven't noticed from my Instagram, I'm a little obsessed with this oversized Vince cardigan sweater that I found at T. J. Maxx. It's such a great place to find quality sweaters at majorly discounted prices. So yeah, its super soft and warm and gets thrown over just about everything. The red, flannel button up is a new favorite and overall classic piece for your wardrobe. It can be challenging to find one with a great fit so be sure to snag this one from J. Crew before its gone. It will serve you well for many years to come. Old Navy often has some for cheaper but the fit just isn't the same.
I love print mixing with leopard. It's a little bit preppy but can instantly make an outfit more visually interesting and appealing. A great pair of comfortable leopard flats is a valuable and versatile thing to have.
This is another great example of an outfit made up by layering classic basics for a fresh and new look.
